Who We Are: Our Structure

FMSB is a wholly independent, not-for-profit organisation with a Board made up of Non-executive Directors and the CEO, also a Director. The FMSB Limited Board takes ultimate ownership of the Company’s strategic direction, with support from the Membership through the Advisory Council, made up of senior Member representatives.

The Standards Board, also made up of FMSB Member representatives, sets the work plan by ratifying topics proposed by the respective Committees, under which relevant Working Groups are then established to take topics forward. The Secretariat team provides administrative and operational support for FMSB Limited and its various fora.
