FMSB’s Board Mentoring Programme, now in its third year, offers the opportunity for an individual and/or individuals who aspires to Board roles in the future to gain valuable governance experience outside of their firm, as well as contributing their perspective to the FMSB Limited Board.
The candidates who took part in the pilot programme in 2023-24, Sabina Liu and Emma Mangan, joined members of the FMSB Limited Board to share their experiences about the experience of taking part and the benefits for both sides.
